Choose a city. Characters can remain in the city without joining a Command Center.
Request membership in a recruiting center, or create a center of your own.
Players keep ownership of their characters and can move freely. Joining a center needs its commander’s approval. Commanders manage their center, review member updates, and can return members to the city. The site administrator handles moderation.
